Metal’okan (Trinity) Consciousness

“Meta l’okan” (which means ‘Trinity’ or ‘Three-in-one’) explores the amazing freedom that comes when one truly
understand oneself and the world. It’s about self-awareness, realizing that each person holds everything within
them, a complete universe. When you get that, you can reach a state of enlightenment or peace, like a kind of
nirvana. I’ve shown three figures, almost floating, with their arms spread wide, looking free and balanced. Even
though they look like separate people, they also blend into one, suggesting that deep connection we all share. The
birds around them also represent that sense of freedom and lightness when you grasp this understanding. It’s a
peaceful feeling, realizing how everything is connected.
