“K’o to bo sori,” which means ‘Before It’s Too Late,’ I intend to capture a moment of urgency, a feeling that
things are shifting and we need to act. On this strong blue background, you see three figures in various states of
interaction. There’s a dark, shadowy figure on the left, seeming to move away or perhaps observe. In the center,
a light grey and pink figure has their arm raised over their head, a gesture that could be surrender, protection,
or deep thought. And on the right, a solid blue figure seems to be moving or reaching. For me, this painting
speaks to those critical moments in life, that sense of realization before something important changes or passes.
It’s about reflecting on paths taken or choices yet to be made, before time runs out.
