Artworks are packed stretched on base-frame in a wooden crate or rolled in a rigid pipe. We will then ship them using UPS or DHL which provide door-to-door service and tracking.
How It works
Smart estimates. We’ll calculate shipping costs for the collector’s artwork based on the collector’s location, dimensions and weight of the artwork.
Trusted delivery. All orders are insured for the total value of the shipping invoice.
To ensure that the carrier cannot shirk its responsibilities, if the artwork doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, take pictures of the damaged package and refuse it so that the UPS or DHL driver will take it back. We will refund the amount of your invoice within 30 days of next month.
